This album is a mixture of roots reggae and our brand of Neo-reggae music featuring sizzling guitar solos, tight grooves, and lyrics well suited for the times, The title track Purpose is a Neo reggae/soul blend that is sure to capture your ears and minds featuring 4-time Grammy-nominated drummer ‘Rangotan’ and luscious guitar solos from Alexander Tchaikovsky the  great-great-grandson of the great classical composer ‘Tchaikovsky’ blended with the sweet steel drum sounds and Vocals of Sista Dee

The colonials must have sensed, and correctly, the importance of music in the cultural independence and political resistance of the African masses. Sincere condolences to the  Pan Lara, P an Evolution, Pan Masters and   Skiffle family, and the pan fraternity on the whole on the passing of  Devon Cumberbatch . Devon Cumberbatch “I would love for the instrument to be as mainstream as the piano, guitar or violin. It may have a ways to go, being a fairly young creation, but I believe pan can progress, develop and infiltrate music of all cultures. I would love to see it as an instrument for all peoples, and universally accepted.
