Historical Tidbits
Pan Elders Steel Orchestra calls Carib Street, San Fernando in south Trinidad home, and was founded in 1999.
 
It emanates from the ‘bowels’ of the now-retired pan players of bygone years - hence the band’s name. The organization consists of mainly youths of the southern area.
