“....The feeling I get when I’m playing – it’s like I can feel the music running through my body. Playing pan invoked so many positive emotions. I found myself thinking about it 24/7. Singing before I went to sleep and waking up, picking up right where I left off....I just love steel pan so much. I can’t imagine life without it.”  - Justyne Simon

To say that she ‘loves’ Pan would be an understatement. It is in fact, fulfillment; it completes her. With a primary concern for the state of Pan In New York, she is all about the art form.
